Weitere Beschlüsse wurden im Zusammenhang mit den Gesetzesänderungen im Aktienrecht, dem so genannten UMAG (Gesetz zur Unternehmensintegrität und Modernisierung des Anfechtungsrechts), gefasst.
Das UMAG hat unter anderem zum Ziel, Hauptversammlungen in einem überschaubaren Zeitraum unter Beachtung der Gleichbehandlung aller Aktionäre durchzuführen.
