Am Ende des Screeningverfahrens bleiben wenige Kandidaten übrig, die das Zielprotein erkennen und markieren können.
Um möglichst hohe Produktionsraten zu erzielen, haben wir ein eigenes, modulares Vektorsystem entwickelt, welches und auch erlaubt, die Produktion an das Fremdprotein so anzupassen, dass die Aufreinigung des rekombinanten Proteins aus der Pflanze schnell und preiswert erfolgen kann.
