Der SDI wird anhand des Service-Reifegrades der einzelnen Länder bewertet und zeigt, wie wichtig es für MES-Anbieter ist, ihr Dienstleistungsangebot an das Service-Entwicklungsniveau und die Service-Anforderungen der jeweiligen Märkte anzupassen.
