Für diese Wirkung ist bei menschlichen Erythrozyten eine Konzentration von 1 µM im Blut nötig, bei Kaninchen-Erythrozyten nur 1 nM.

To accomplish lysis of human erythrocytes a blood concentration of 1 µM is neccessary, to lyse rabbit erythrocytes 1 nM is sufficient.
