Das k.u.k. Heroldsamt schafft daraufhin das Wappen, das die Familie Oppenheim auch heute noch führt.
Die gleiche Standeserhöhung wird seinem Bruder Abraham ein Jahr später in Preußen zuteil.

This led the College of Arms of the Austro-Hungarian Empire to create the coat of arms that the Oppenheim family still holds today.
