An den Universitäten Balkh, Herat und Kabul studieren seit April 2012 rund 700 junge Menschen Verwaltungswissenschaften.
Sie wollen mitwirken, eine gut funktionierende Verwaltung in ihrem Land aufzubauen.

Since April this year around 700 young people have been studying administration at the universities of Balkh, Herat and Kabul.
They are very keen to play a part in establishing effective administration in their country.
www.giz.deIhre Muster sind geometrisch und stellen oft in verschiedenen Formen den Baum des Lebens dar ( eine symbolische Darstellung, die oft auf Gebetsteppichen benutzt wird ).
Die Belutsch Teppiche, die in der Stadt Mashad gehandelt werden, heißen Mashad-Baluch, während andere, die in der Stadt Herat in Afghanistan verkauft werden, als Herat-Baluch bekannt sind.

Ferner wurde am 19.April 2006 die erste Konrad Adenauer Schule in Afghanistan in Pahlewan Piri bei Herat eingeweiht.
In dieser Schule können fortan 300 Mädchen und 300 Jungen unterrichtet werden.

On April 19th, 2006 the first Konrad-Adenauer school in Afghanistan could be opened in Pahlewan Piri in Herat.
300 girls and 300 boys will be taught in this center of education.
