Da Hypoxie und Ischämie bei der Entstehung von Tinnitus und Schwerhörigkeit eine Rolle spielen, wurden die HIF-1-Aktivität und die Expression von HIF-1-abhängigen Genen in der Kochlea unter diesen Bedingungen untersucht.
