Diese unternehmensspezifische Zielsetzung trägt der starken produktionstechnischen Prägung unseres Unternehmens sowie dem sehr hohen Anteil an Arbeitsplätzen unter Tage in unseren Bergwerken Rechnung.
Aufgrund von gesetzlichen Bestimmungen ( § 64a BBergG ) waren diese Arbeitsplätze lange Zeit männlichen Arbeitnehmern vorbehalten; erst zum 31. Juli 2009 hat der Gesetzgeber die Vorschrift ersatzlos gestrichen.
Unser Bestreben ist es, mehr Frauen für technische Berufe zu interessieren; bereits im Sommer 2010 haben wir damit begonnen, die ersten Bergbautechnologinnen auszubilden.
