At some point , several members of the band moved into a century-old two-story house in Columbia City that Jacob had managed to snatch up for a song ( figuratively speaking ) in 2011 , and that they all renovated together .
Their studio, the birthplace of all of those spellbinding ballads, has been located there ever since.

Seiher ist dort auch ihr Studio untergebracht, in dem die fesselnden Balladen der aufstrebenden Gruppe entstanden sind.
