St. Hilarius
The church of Eller, consecrated to St. Hilarius of Poitiers, is the only patrocinium of this bishop in what is today the bishopric of Trier.
The Gothic steeple ( about 1500 ) was built on top of a Romanic bell tower which has as basis a stone that once was consecrated to the Roman god Jupiter.

Bei der dem hl. Hilarius von Poiters geweihte Kirche zu Eller handelt es sich um das einzige Patrozinium dieses Bischofs im heutigen Bistum Trier.
Der um 1500 mit gotischem Helm gezierte romanische Turm mit drei gotischen Glocken führt als Säulenbasis einen dem römischen göttervater Juppiter geweihten Stein.

Located on a plateau overlooking the town of Weiz, the Baroque church dedicated to St. Rupert (24 September, Patrocinium) can be seen for miles around.
It was erected by Fidelis Hainzel according to a plan laid out by the local master stone mason Lorenz Statthaler between 1728 and 1737 and the building, which had been there previously, was almost completely demolished.

heiligen RupertWeithin sichtbar, auf einem Plateau über dem Ort steht die dem Heiligen Rupert (24. September, Patrozinium) geweihte Barockkirche.
Sie wurde in den Jahren 1728 – 1737 von Fidelis Hainzel nach einem Riß des heimischen Maurermeisters Lorenz Statthaler errichtet.
