180 g große, gekochte Kartoffeln 40 g Pancetta oder wahlweise Bauchspeck 80 g Fleisch- oder Leberkäse ½ Paprika 1 Schalotte 1 TL Olivenöl Salz & Pfeffer

Then cut the pancetta into small cubes and also pan-fry until crisp.
Now alternately fill a glass with layers of potato slices and bacon cubes.

Anschließend den Pancetta klein würfeln und ebenfalls in der Pfanne knusprig ausbacken.
Jetzt die Kartoffelscheiben und die Speckwürfel abwechselnd in ein Glas schichten.
