- legt diesen Vertrag der Fakultät 4 Wochen vor Beginn des Praxisstudiums vor. - reicht die Zielvereinbarung zum Praxisstudium bis Ende der 3. Kalenderwoche nach Beginn des Praxisstudiums in der Fakultät ein. - meldet sein / ihr Fernbleiben der Praxisstelle bei Krankheit am gleichen Tag.
Fehlzeiten müssen ab dem dritten Tag mit einem ärztlichen Attest belegt werden.
Eine Anerkennung des Praxisstudiums durch die Fakultät ist gefährdet, wenn 10% (von 400 Stunden) an Fehlzeiten entstanden sind.
