Experimenteller Aufbau
Im Rahmen eines Projektes zusammen mit Vistec Semiconductor GmbH in Wetzlar und MueTec Automatisierte Messtechnik GmbH in München wurde dieses so genannte AGID-Verfahren ( Alternating Grazing Incidence Dark field microscopy ) im Detail untersucht und ein entsprechender Messplatz entwickelt .
Abb. 2 zeigt den realisierten experimentelle Aufbau.

In a common project of Vistec Semiconductor GmbH , MueTec Automatisierte Messtechnik GmbH and PTB the AGID-microscopy ( Alternating Grazing Incidence Dark field microscopy ) has been investigated in detail and a corresponding measurement system has been developed .
Figure 2 shows the experimental setup of the measurement system.
